You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason for doing so. If there was any gift included in the packaging, you may keep it as a thank you from us to you for trying us.

Returning Goods: Please keep in mind, we are a small business so in order to keep the quality high at a fair price, our margins are small. Therefore we debit a $4 return shipping fee from your total refund. After an RMA number is provided by us, we will provide a return shipping label to you via email. Please pack the goods as closely as reasonably possible in the matter it was received. If a “free gift” was included, you do not have to send back that free gifts as it was a token of appreciation for our purchase. If we notice a “high” return rate of our goods from you, we reserve the right to investigate this matter further and refuse the right for you to purchase any goods from KartiKart going forward.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail info@kartikart.com or use the Contact Us feature.

We will reimburse you no later than 5 business days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement outside of the mentioned $4 return shipping fee.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • If the product is mixed with other items such as a cream or lotion.
  • If the product was clearly damaged due to negligence by the customer. If your item is damaged and want it replaced with a new one, reach out to us and we can have a conversation about this.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Defects:

If the order arrived with a defect of any kind, such as damaged during shipment, please document this via picture and submit it to us via email, within 5 business days before initiating the return. If acceptable by you in leu of a refund, we will ship you an exchange for the same good and send via email a return label for the damaged item, at no cost to you. If the damaged item is not shipped out within 5 business days of receiving return label, we reserve the right to charge you the original purchase price for it, so please ship out the defective unit within a timely manner.
